Meet the team
Director
Adam is the director of Vantage and has been a mortgage adviser since 2007. Adam is in the office every day and oversees the Vantage family. Adam loves nothing more than keeping in touch with clients he has helped from the very start of their mortgage journey – from the very first one as first-time buyers to re-mortgaging years later. He lives just outside Banbury with his wife, Julie and their two young boys. Away from the office Adam is passionate about motorsport and cake. He makes a particularly good chocolate cake but never makes the tea!
Sam Cashmore
Mortgage And Protection Adviser
Sam was previously a mortgage adviser for a large estate agency so he’s an expert in the entire process of moving house, from getting that first valuation to completion day. He is dedicated to helping clients finance their dream home. In his spare time, he enjoys going for walks with his two dogs, playing golf and watching the NFL.
Jade Barcock
Protection Adviser
Jade has one of the most crucial roles on the Vantage team. It is Jade’s job to make sure that all our clients are financially protected should the worst happen. She goes about this role with great care for every client and her attention to detail is second to none. Jade is also super organised and keeps herself up to date with all of the latest protection products so that she can give the very best advice.
